HONG KONG, CITY OF CONTRASTS (49 photos)
The ancient British colony, since 1997 special administrative region of south-eastern China, keeps many contrasts. First of all Hong Kong has the appearance of a megalopolis: a megalopolis often naturally blurred by mist mixed with smokes coming out from economically booming factories massed behind the Chinese boundary.

BALTIC SEA ICEBREAKERS (45 photos)
In winter the Gulf of Botnia, the northern extension of the Baltic Sea worming in between Sweden and Finland, is freezing over entirely. The Baltic Sea, with its reefs, cloudy and shallow, basically closed, communicates outward by little straits only.

SOUTH-KOREA: THE LARGEST SHIPYARD OF THE WORLD (43 photos)
Every week a new cargo ship is built in the city of Ulsan, in South Korea, and it goes away on the Sea of Japan as the eldest did. These brand new ships that set their course towards the ocean one after the other seem to generate by themselves.

The same is true of course true for fuel, natural gas, and of course NAFTA (fuel sued for aircrafts).
